Mission
My mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through challenging and dynamic workouts that are tailored to their needs. I believe that with hard work and dedication, anyone can become their best selves. I push my clients to get better every workout. I track and record every aspect of training, nutrition, and supplement use. I monitor your cardio to make sure bodyfat loss stays consistent.

I have extensive strength training experience first as a student athlete (Syracuse Univ.) and later in life, as a training coach, teaching what I learned to my clients.
I have coached over 300 people in developing a customized exercise and nutrition that works for YOU!
I never had a client get injured. I teach perfect form for all exercises.
I have many technique tips, tricks, and pointers for every exercise you can imagine, and a few you exercises you did not.
